Aside from decreasing stress and creating a prettier space, clutter clearing helps me release energy – something that’s an absolute must for empaths like me.
I have a confession to make: I love clutter clearing.
There’s something about the act of freeing my physical and mental space of extra stuff that gives me a feeling of … lightness, freedom and joy. When I let go of things from my physical and emotional space, it’s like a weight has been lifted off of me.
Just like our physical environments, clutter can also accumulate in our minds – taking up valuable space and blocking our creativity and joy!
Whether it’s an appointment you need to schedule but haven’t, old limiting thinking and
beliefs, judgments, resentments, self-doubt or insecurities, taking an objective
look at this mental clutter and writing about it is a cathartic and empowering way
to release it!
