I decided to take my own advice this morning and practice the act of releasing by donating a bag of unused clothes! Just the act of putting the items in a bag in my trunk took loads off of me! Release is a beautiful thing!

 

Speaking of releasing, I spoke with the lovely, multi-talented Jennifer Grace on Tuesday about various methods of release as a means of welcoming in the creative flow!
