Hi, Jaime! I just finished listening to your show. I am very intrigued by J.A.M.
As a former teacher I know how important journaling is for stimulating creativity, improving writing ability and sometimes for just clearing your mind. Yet, for some reason I have never really stuck with it for any length of time. So, I have decided to take your challenge to journal for five minutes a day. I am hoping this will help me not only get grounded each day but also start each day with a more positive attitude instead of obsessing about the current uncontrollable situations in my life. Thank you for being such a positive inspiration!

    Hello Jaime !
I really enjoyed your recent podcast. Excellent!! Thank you for sharing JAM (and your experiences) with the listeners.
I am choosing “attention” for my weekly challenge. Why is this concept already significant for me ?
Because, I am learning to communicate more effectively. I think that being attentive to others is the start of communication.

I also appreciated the tip that you gave about “mirroring”( as an aid to help memory). What a great tool for me to try!

    Thanks again! 🙂
