Do you know these two simple stress reduction techniques?
You probably learned one in 2nd or 3rd grade.
Do you have a book idea in your head or have you started writing your book?
Are you on the road to getting it published?

Clear your schedule from 1-2 pm EST today for the latest episode of my radio show, Uplift – for a super-juicy topic, “How Your Mind Is Sabotaging Your Life and What You Can Do About It!”
I’ll talk about the inner critic, how worry makes you think you’re in control (you’re not) and easy steps you can take TODAY to release negative thinking and behaviors and live in joy!
A friend of mine just shared a simple Feng Shui tip she read on a blog recently and it reminded me of the power of clutter clearing.
