The clutter in your physical environment often reflects the clutter in your mind. One trick I give clients who are overwhelmed or stressed is to do clutter clearing. It is an immediate energy-lifter and makes space for the new to come into your life.

It is estimated that more than 13% of the population suffers from one or more of the symptoms of social anxiety disorder (SAD) – blushing, sweating and fast heartbeat are a few – at one point during their lifetime.

 

According to this fantastic page on About.com, “People with social anxiety disorder (SAD) have an irrational fear of being watched, judged or evaluated, or of embarrassing or humiliating themselves. The anxiety and discomfort becomes so extreme that it interferes with daily functioning.”
