Are YOU Ready for 2015?

Happy New Year!

On this first day of the year, you have the opportunity to start anew. To make this the best year of your life.

This year is unwritten. It’s a blank canvas for you to do what you wish.

Amid your celebrating today, take a few moments to think about and reflect on what that means for you.

There is no right or wrong way to do this. You may feel what’s out of balance in your life intuitively or journaling about it may help you gain clarity. Most of my clients find it helpful to look at all the areas of their lives and go from there. This is also the method I personally use.

For example:

  • Personal Growth
  • Partner
  • Spirituality
  • Career
  • Health
  • Home
  • Money/Finances
  • Immediate Family
  • Community/Volunteerism
  • Fun/Recreation

Here are some questions to get you started:

  • What major things would I like to work toward this year? What do I need to do to accomplish them?
  • What areas of my life would I like to grow more?
  • What would give me a feeling of accomplishment at the end of 2015? How can I best break that down throughout the year?

Although you can’t control the external situations and obstacles you will face in 2015, you can always control yourself and how you deal with them. Setting healthy goals, having a plan and self growth are vital hallmarks of healthy, positive, self-actualized people.

You have the power to get through anything and to be all you aim to be!

Here’s to a fabulous 2015!

One of my goals, for 2015, is to learn how to do a handstand without a wall!
