Are you ready for the holidays?
Do you have all of your shopping done, gifts wrapped and plans made?
One of the complaints I hear most often during this time of year is a lack of time. And rightfully so; many people take on an extraordinary amount of things in late November and December without extra help and run ourselves dry.
In addition to delegating some or all of those extra tasks (gift wrapping, holiday cards or anything else you can think of), I have 1 more simple way to stay sane this holiday: shift your perception about time.
If you’ve never done this before, you may argue that it couldn’t work, but I ask you to try it before making judgments. I’ve used it personally with great success, and have watched as many of my students have used it with great results, as well.
All you need to do is shift your focus from looking at time as lacking to looking at it as plentiful.
So the next time you’re stuck in traffic, and you want to bang your hand on the steering wheel because it’s taking too long to get where you want to go, I want you to take a deep breath, let go and trust that everything is working out for you. Because it is. And looking at things from a lack perspective actually brings you more lack according to the law of attraction. And if you can release the outcome – getting to that party or across town by a certain time, per se – and see how much time you actually have, you just may get there on time. Miracles do happen, but you need to allow them.
Action step today: view your time as unlimited today. Even if you don’t know how you will get everything done, trust that it will happen. Trust that if you are late somewhere, there is a reason, and that nothing is happening at random. Trust that it will all get done.
How will you see time as abundant in your life today? Scroll down below and type in your comment. I’ll read and respond to every one.
