Five more simple items to release!

Today, I continue on the decluttering theme from earlier this week! Here are five things that can easily be released!

  1. Old receipts: unless you need them for a return, scan ’em, file ’em or shred ’em! They are taking up unnecessary space!
  2. Gum/candy wrappers: Enough said!
  3. Random paperclips/rubber bands: I don’t know why, but these often end up on the dressers or countertops in my house. Put them back with the office supplies or recycle/toss!
  4. Critical thoughts: Though unseen by the human eye, these can be the most hindering! What are the voices in your head saying to you? Pay attention and release anything that is critical or judging! It is not what you need!
  5. Worn-out socks and underthings: If it has a hole, it’s time to go!

Remember – everything is composed of energy! Releasing the old makes space for new, abundant things to arrive in your life!
